Dads Love CIC is led by a small team combining lived experience, safeguarding expertise, operational management and community leadership.
Richard McMullen
Founder & Director15 years building businesses across recruitment, e-commerce, fashion and community enterprise. Delivered government-supported back-to-work programmes for people facing barriers to employment. FA Playmaker qualified coach with 10 years' coaching experience, including four years at International Fussball Akademie in Vienna. A father who travels to Europe fortnightly to see his own daughter — the experience that led him to start Dads Love CIC.

Mindy Tagliente
Wellbeing & Safeguarding Director / DSLOver 30 years of professional wellbeing practice as an ordained Minister and Mental Health First Aid–qualified practitioner, working across seven countries. Leads all fortnightly wellbeing sessions for fathers and serves as the organisation's Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Anthony Jeffrey
Director of Operations — Logistics, Catering & EventsBuilt a catering business, Smash N Grabz, from a home kitchen to festival stages. Leads logistics, catering and events for every Bank Holiday Family Day, making sure every family has a hot meal together regardless of income. A single father with first-hand experience of rebuilding from difficult circumstances.

Santiago
Bilingual MentorBachelor's degree in Economics, fluent in eight languages. Five years' experience training and mentoring children and adolescents in football, alongside experience as a social worker and trained mentor/coach. A single father, opening sessions to fathers across the UK who don't speak English.

Liban Hassan
Director of Social Media, PR & Digital CommunicationsLeads Dads Love CIC's social media, public relations and digital communications — building the community online and making sure fathers everywhere know Dads Love exists.

Laszlo Tarko
Head of Outdoor Events & WorkshopsLeads our outdoor activities and practical workshops. A skilled carpenter with a lifelong passion for the outdoors, Laszlo organises hiking, camping, fishing and bushcraft experiences that help fathers and families reconnect through nature, build confidence and create lasting memories together.
